Mismong korte na ang tumapos sa nakabinbin na tatlong kaso na ibinato kay Barbie Imperial ng dati nitong kaibigan at Vivamax star na si Debbie Garcia.

Kakulangan ng ebidensya ang naging basehan ng korte upang ipawalang-sala ang aktres mula sa tatlong kaso na idinemanda sa kaniya: slight physical injury, grave oral defamation, at grave slander by deed.

Ang kaso ay inihain ni Debbie matapos ang umano'y panunugod at pananakit nito sa kaniya sa isang bar sa Quezon City.

Sa ">vlog ni Ogie Diaz, isinapubliko nito ang naging desisyon ng korte at sinabing hindi sapat ang CCTV footage upang patunayan ang akusa kay Barbie.

“The alleged defamatory remarks and the other acts intended or calculated to cast dishonor, discredit or contempt upon the Complainant that would constitute the crimes of Grave Oral Defamation and Slander by Deed are not evident in the CCTV footages attached to the Complaint,” pagbabahagi ni Ogie ng bahagi ng resolusyon.

"What is evident from the CCTV footage is that, the parties were immediately pulled away from each other after a brief commotion and nothing ensued thereafter. Respondent was not even seen making a remark towards the Complainant based on the CCTV footages and there was no recording that Respondent was grabbing and pulling the Complainant’s hair, scratching her chest, neck and arm, and kicking her leg," bahagi pa ng desisyon ng korte.

Matatandaan na ang kaso ay inihain nitoong Nobyembre 2, 2022 dahil sinugod umano ni Barbie si Debbie dahil sa selos. Nabalitaan umano ni Barbie na nakikipag-date si Debbie sa kaniyang ex-boyfriend na si Diego Loyzaga.

Ngayong tapos na ang kaso, ispluk ni Ogie, mananatiling tahimik lang si Barbie at hindi na magsasampa pa ng kaso kontra kay Debbie
