Mapapanood sa video ang aktres na walang make-up “with a cold sore, pimples, and not-combed hair” kasabay ng pagsasabi niya ng mga karaniwang ipinahahayag ng mga tao ngayon habang engaged sa mga social networking sites.

“I’ve noticed a lot of comments on Twitter and Facebook that people are always, not complaining but, saying how – like ‘Why is my life not like this?’ ‘Why am I living this way?’ ‘Why is this person doing that?’ and you just keep comparing yourself because you’re stuck at home or at work…” sabi ni Solenn.

Content creator, 'di kinaya ugali ng dating Sang'gre sa concert ng BINI: 'Pipi na ba kayo?'

“People actually forget what they see online is not all real. Of course, there’s some reality but not everything is real because people just want to share what’s good,” prangkang sabi ng aktres.

“People don’t want to share they had a depressing day. People don’t want to share that they fought with their husband. They just want to show all the beauty and all the glamour,” dagdag pa niya.

Kalaunan ay ipinakita ni Solenn ang steps – gaya ng paglalagay ng make-up, pekeng buhok at lashes, styling, at pag-e-edit ng photos – kung paano nagiging ‘perfect’ ang tao online.

Pagkatapos nito, pinayuhan ni Solenn ang kanyang followers “(to) be real about everything.”

“It’s amazing to feel beautiful and it’s amazing to look beautiful. Just be real about it because a lot of younger women and a lot of younger men are also looking up to you. And they can get some kind of depression because they are comparing their lives to yours,” ani Solenn.

“Everyone’s life is a friend. Everyone’s personality is different so stop comparing yourself,” lahad pa niya.

Tinapos ng aktres ang clip sa pamamagitan ng pagsasabi ng inspiring words, aniya: “Live life and be true to yourself. And remember, always have fun! Be real.”
