Inanunsyo sa publiko ni Senate Secretary Renato Bantug, Jr., ang pagiging bukas ng Senado sa 61 na upuan para sa publiko nagnanais manonood sa bawat impeachment trial laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte. 

Nakatakda magsimula ang Senate impeachment trial laban sa Pangalawang Pangulo sa darating na Lunes, Hulyo 6, 2026. 

Sa inilabas naman na pahayag ni Bantug sa Facebook page ng Senado nitong Huwebes, Hulyo 2, idiniin niyang mahalaga raw na maging bukas sa publiko, sa lahat ng pagkakataon, ang magiging bawat impeachment trial laban kay VP Sara. 

Aniya, aabot daw sa kabuuang 61 na mga upuan ang maaaring magamit ng publiko sa bawat impeachment trial laban kay VP Sara.

Maaari umanong makapag-admit sa pamamagitan ng first-come, first-served basis sa kanilang website na  https://vms.senate.gov.ph at depende sa maitatalang successful registration ng Senate Visitor Management System (VMS).

“A total of sixty-one (61) seats will be available to the general public for each trial day. Admission shall be on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order of successful registration through the Senate Visitor Management System (VMS),” aniya.

Dagdag pa niya, “Upon accessing the portal, registrants shall select their preferred date of trial and choose the ‘Impeachment Trial’ option. They must provide all the required information, upload the necessary documents, and strictly comply with the registration guidelines.” 

Pagpapatuloy ni Bantug, magbubukas daw ang registration sa kanilang website tuwing ika-2:00 ng hapon bago magsimula ang bawat impeachment trial laban kay VP Sara.

Paalala niya, “Approved registrants shall be issued a QR code, which shall serve as their entry pass to the Senate Session Hall.” 

Saad pa niya, “Everyone is expected to maintain proper decorum at all times and comply with all rules and regulations while inside the Senate premises.”
