Binigyang-pugay ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP)-Tacloban City Council ang mag-aaral na nasawi matapos niyang ibuwis ang kaniyang buhay para sa kaligtasan ng mga kaklase sa kasagsagan ng shooting incident sa San Jose National High School noong Lunes, Hunyo 22.

“Today, the entire Scouting movement bows its head in deep sorrow and immense pride as we honor the memory of Senior Scout Chris Lorenz T. Fabian,” ani BSP sa kanilang mensahe noong Miyerkules, Hunyo 23.
Anila pa, sa pagsasakripisyo ni Fabian, isinabuhay niya ang kaniyang sinumpaang Scout Oath and Law.
Dahil dito, hindi malilimutan ng komunidad ng San Jose National High School ang kaniyang ipinamalas na kabayanihan.
Lalaking umiihi sa gilid, naipit sa pagitan ng 2 container van!
“You fought the good fight, you stood as a shield for others, and you lived out the Scout Oath and Law until your very last breath. Your heroism at San Jose National High School will never be forgotten,” pagkilala ng BSP.
Para naman sa mga naulilang kaanak, kaibigan, at kapwa Scouts ni Fabian, inihayag ng BSP ang kanilang pakikidalamhati sa oras ng pagluluksa sa kaniyang pagpanaw.
“To the family, friends, and fellow Scouts of Chris Lorenz, we extend our deepest condolences. We stand with you in this time of grief, carrying his legacy forward,” pakikiisa ng BSP.
Sa pagtatapos ng pahayag, nagpabatid ng pasasaludo ang BSP kay Fabian.
“We render our highest, snappiest, and most respectful final Scout salute to you, Brother Chris Lorenz,” pagsaludo ng BSP.
“Rest easy, Brother. Your watch is over,” dagdag pa asosasyon.
