Ikinuwento ng nagpakilala noong “bagman” at “aide” ni Vice President Sara Duterte na si Ramil Madriaga na mahina raw sa akademya at bayolente sa loob ng law school ang Bise Presidente noong nag-aaral pa ito ng abogasya.
Ayon sa naging pagdalo ni Madriaga sa pagdinig ng House Committee on Justice nitong Martes, Abril 14, 2026, inilahad muna niyang naatasan daw siya noon ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na tulungan si VP Sara para sa kandidatura nito sa 2022 national elections.
“In 2020, I was instructed by PRRD and Sara to help form a group to support Sara's candidacy for president in the 2022 National Elections,” pagsisimula niya.
Ani Madriaga, sa pagtatatag daw nila noon ng Social Justice, Innovation, and Progress Pilipinas ISIP Pilipinas, Inc., (ISIP) niya nakilala ang mga kaibigan ng Bise Presidente at mga alumni ng San Sebastian College of Law (SSC-Law) kung saan kumuha ng abogasya ang huli.
Nakilala rin niya noon sina Assistant Special Prosecutor ng Office of the Ombudsman na si Ryan Rey Quilala at asawa nitong si Aurea Quilala.

“I helped establish ISIP together with some friends of VP Sara and alumni of San Sebastian College of Law (‘SSC-Law’), including Assistant Special Prosecutor Ryan Rey Quilala of the Office of the Ombudsman (OMB) and his wife Aurea Quilala,” aniya.
Pagpapatuloy ni Madriaga, naging propesor daw ni VP Sara si Ryan sa SSC-Law at ibinahagi ng huli sa kaniya na “not particularly good,” nahihirapan sa pag-aaral, at bayolente noon si VP Sara sa loob ng naturang pamantasan.
“I got close with Atty. Ryan who was previously a professor of Sara and former Associate Dean of SSC-Law,” saad niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “He shared with me that Sara was not particularly good in school, was often struggling with her academics, and habitually rude and violent to other students.”
Pagdidiin ni Madriaga, ginamit lang daw ni Ryan ang impluwensya nito sa SSC-Law para magkaroon ng pasadong grado si VP Sara sa kabila ng mahina raw nitong performance sa akademya.
“Hence, Atty. Ryan used his influence in SSC-Law to ensure that Sara received passing grades despite her poor academic performance,” pagtatapos pa niya.
Samantala, habang sinusulat ito, wala pa namang inilalabas na tugon, reaksyon, o pahayag si VP Sara kaugnay rito.
