Sa pangunguna ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez, naglabas ng manifesto ang Kamara upang ideklara ang suporta para kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. sa gitna ng alitan nito kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Nakasaad sa Manifesto of Support ng Kamara ang pagkondena ng mga mambabatas sa banta umanong i-destabilize ang pamahalaan.
“The Philippine Constitution entrusts us with the solemn duty to protect the nation from threats— both internal and external that seek to undermine our independence, security, and democracy,” anang mga mambabatas. “Recognizing the significant challenges facing the President and his administration, we unite in declaring our firm support for the President and his vision for a Bagong Pilipinas.”
Nangako rin ang mga kongresistang anuman ang mangyari ay titindig umano sila kasama ni Marcos sa pagtataguyod at pagtatanggol sa Konstitusyon, at maging sa pagtitiyak sa kapakanan ng mga Pilipino pangangalaga sa kinabukasan ng bansa.

“We, the Members of the House of Representatives, solemnly affirm that our collective strength lies in the unity of purpose, fidelity to our democratic principles, and unwavering commitment to serve the Filipino people,” nakasaad sa manifesto ng Kamara.
“Together, let us rally behind our President to protect and preserve the gains of democracy as we build a stronger, more united, and more prosperous Republic,” dagdag nito.
Samantala, inisa-isa rin ng mga kongresista ang iba’t ibang prinsipyo at pangakong nakatali sa Konstitusyon, na kanila raw patuloy na isusulong:
“1. Defending the President as a Symbol of the Nation's Sovereignty
The Constitution vests executive power in the President, making him the embodiment of the people's will and the nation's unity. Any threat against the President is a threat against the Republic. We shall remain vigilant and resolute in ensuring his safety and the stability of his administration.
2. Upholding the Rule of Law and Democratic Governance
The Constitution enshrines the principles of democracy, justice, and the rule of law.
We categorically condemn any attempts to destabilize the government or subvert the administration's programs aimed at advancing national progress.
3. Protecting the Nation from Internal and External Threats
As mandated by the Constitution, we commit to mobilizing all legislative resources to safeguard the Republic against threats to its independence, security, and peace. We will support initiatives that strengthen national defense, public order, and social stability.
4. Promoting Legislative Unity for the Nation's Welfare
We recognize that unity among branches of government is critical to achieving national goals. Guided by constitutional principles, we will work in partnership with the President to pass laws that address the most pressing concerns of our people.
5. Ensuring the President's Mandate is Fulfilled
In accordance with the Constitution, we pledge to protect the integrity of the President's mandate, enabling him to lead the country effectively toward sustainable development, good governance, and genuine reform.”
Inilabas ng Kamara ang naturang manifesto sa isinagawang fellowship sa Malacañang kasama ang pangulo nitong Miyerkules ng gabi, Disyembre 4. Nilagdaan ito ng mga House leader na pinangunahan ni Romualdez.
Matatandaang muling umusbong ang umano’y alitan nina Marcos at Duterte matapos isiwalat ng huli noong Nobyembre 23 na mayroon na raw siyang napagbilinang indibidwal na kung pinatay raw siya, papatayin naman umano niya ang una at maging si First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos at si Romualdez.
