Ayon sa kanila: “The massive and unwarranted relief of seventy-five (75) PNP personnel from the Vice Presidential Security Group (VPSG) without prior notice worsen the situation, casting serious doubt on the management and operational protocols within the PNP. Such drastic actions, executed without adequate explanation or due process, are deeply troubling and have far-reaching implications For public trust and security.
“The lack of transparency and the absence of clear, justifiable reasons for these decisions undermine public confidence and destabilize the foundational pillars of peace and security that we, as a community, strive to uphold,” anila.
“The Concerned Retired Generals of Davao Region stand firm in our commitment to the principles of justice, security, and accountability. We urge all Dabawenyos to support us in advocating for the necessary reforms and transparency to strengthen our police institutions and restore public confidence,” saad pa nila.
