Ang nabanggit na pagpaparangal ay award-giving body ng Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation (GMMSF), Inc. na pagkilala sa mga personalidad at grupo na tumabo ng tagumpay sa larangan ng pelikula at telebisyon.

Ang mag-asawang Dingdong Dantes at Marian Rivera o DongYan ang ginawaran ng Box-Office Phenomenal Stars of Philippine Cinema dahil sa tagumpay ng kanilang Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2023 entry na "Rewind" na kinikilala ngayon bilang "highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time" matapos kumita na raw ng 1 bilyong piso, na kauna-unahang pelikulang nagkaroon ng ganoong kalaking kita sa kasaysayan ng pelikulang Pilipino.

Natalo nila ang "Hello, Love, Goodbye" ng KathDen noong 2019 na may hawak ng nabanggit na titulo. Gayunman, kinilala pa rin bilang "Box-Office King and Queen sina Alden at Kathryn subalit sa magkahiwalay na pelikula.
