Sa isang pahayag ni House of Representatives Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez nitong Linggo, sisimulan na nila ang ang plenary deliberations kaugnay sa panukalang national budget sa Martes.

“We will work morning and afternoon and on Thursday and Friday this week to meet our timeline. The national spending bill is the single most important piece of legislation Congress passes every year,” anang kongresista.

“Through the national budget, we hope to sustain our recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, create more income and job opportunities for our people, and improve their quality of life through the timely delivery of basic social services like education, healthcare, infrastructure, and financial aid,” pahabol ni Romualdez.

Kabilang din sa pagdedebatehan sa Martes, ang badyet ng Department of Finance, Department of Tourism at National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) at attached agency ng mga ito at iba pang tanggapan na nasa pangangasiwa ng Office of the President (OP).

Tatalakayin naman sa Miyerkules ang badyet ng Ombudsman, Commission on Elections, Commission on Human Rights, Department of National Defense, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Trade and Industry at iba pang ahensyang nasa ilalim ng OP.
