Inaprubahan ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang paglalabas ng mahigit ₱48.8 milyong pondo para umano sa pagkumpleto ng implementasyon ng isang drug rehabilitation facility sa Cavite.

Ayon kay Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, inaprubahan ng DBM ang pagpapalabas ng naturang pondo sa Department of Health (DOH) para sa pagkumpleto ng karagdagang construction works sa Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) sa Trece Martires, Cavite.

"Among the priorities of the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is to not just fully enforce the law when it comes to illegal drug use and abuse but also on rehabilitation of victims or drug users," ani Pangandaman.

Sisingilin umano ang pondo sa Grant Proceeds mula sa Japan International Cooperation Agency – Program for Consolidated Rehabilitation of Illegal Drug Users (JICA – CARE), Automatic Appropriations sa ilalim ng FY 2023 ng General Appropriations Act (GAA).
