Nagpaabot ng pagkilala ang isang samahan ng Dutch-Filipino businessmen sa naging termino ni Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur "Art" Tugade sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Duterte.

“We take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the dedication and commitment that you and your department have especially exemplified during your term of office and commend you on the support that was provided to the Dutch-Filipino business community and the country at large,” mababasa sa liham ng Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines sa hepe ng ahensya kamakailan.

Ang Chamber na tinatayang binubuo ng 115 aktibong kompanya at mga indibidwal ay umaasang makatrabaho muli si Tugade sa anumang pagkakataon sa hinaharap.
