Muling hinamon ni Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Rowena Guanzon ang kapwa commissioner nitong si Aimee Ferolino na ilabas na ang resolusyon nito ukol sa disqualification case kontra presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos.
Sa interbyu ni Karen Davila sa Headstart ng ANC, Pebrero 1, sinabi nitong kumikilos si Ferolino sa ilang tao upang i-delay nito ang paglabas ng resolusyoni upang umano ay hindi mabilang ang boto ni Guanzon sa DQ case ni Marcos.
"I am retiring with honor and excellence. That is why I released my separate opinion because I strongly believe that Commissioner Ferolino is already acting a conspiracy with some people to delay the vote so that my vote DQ Bongbong Marcos will not be counted," ani Guanzon.
Dagdag pa nito, hindi nito pakay na hamigin ang desisyon ni Ferolino dahil ang trabaho nya ay masiguro na mailabas ang resolusyon sa tamang oras nang makapag-file ng appeal ang sinumang partido sa Korte Suprema.

Aniya, "It is not my job to win them over. It is my job to make sure that the resolution is released on time, so that the parties can file an appeal all the way to the Supreme Court."
"Mga bata ba silang maliliit? They're supposed to be lawyers. The trouble is Ferolino has never practice law in the courts. She has no experience in writing decisions. That's why she said she was I gave her some allowance," pagbabahagi ni Guanzon.
Hinamon ni Guanzon na ilabas na ni Ferolino ang resolusyon kung hindi siya sinuhulan.
"It's obvious, it's apparent. That's why I ask, I dare Commissioner Ferolino, if you say na hindi ka sinuhulan, ilabas mo ang resolusyon. Ang dami mo pang satsat, wala ka naman sinulat. You have time to send a memorandum to the chair and reply to me, but you don't have time to sit down for 21 days already?"
Ani Guanzon, kahit sino mang nasa law school ay makakapag-labas ng resolusyon sa loob lamang ng 15 araw.
"Fifteen pages only. Anybody from any law school can write a resolution in 15 days. I don't know why she cannot. Because, she's the one who is under influence and she's acting conspiracy to make sure they defeat my vote," ani Guanzon.
Nilinaw naman ni Guanzon na hindi niya kinakalaban ang kapwa niya commissioner.
"I am not fighting her, she's nobody to me."
Samantala, Enero 31, hinamon ni Guanzon na mag-resign na sila ni Ferolino.

Sa isang tweet ni Guanzon, sinabi nitong dapat na silang mag-resign ni Ferolino dahil naku-kwestiyon na ang integridad ng Comelec.
Nakatakdang mag-resign si Guanzon bukas, Pebrero 2.
Ayon kay Guanzon, si Commissioner Socorro Inting ang magiging acting chairman ng Comelec simula Pebrero 3, hanggat hindi pa nakakapag-appoint si Pang. Rodrigo Duterte.
