Sa pamamagitan ng isang Facebook post, nagpatunay si Jaggy kung paano ang naging effort ni Michael higit sa kalimitan nitong ginagawa para lamang maipakita ang suporta kay Miss Universe Canada 2020 Nova Stevens.
Ngayon naman nagsalita si Filipino fashion designer Jaggy Glarino para depensahan si Dubai-based Filipino renowned Fashion designer Michael Cinco.
“The point of my last post is, there is no sabotage!!! The idea of a sabotage is self-inflicting and stupid,” giit ni Jaggy.

“Mademoiselle Michael Cinco went out of his way to provide clothes for the candidate,” pagbibigay-diin niya, na tila pagtukoy sa couture photo shoot ni Nova kung saan mismong si Michael ang nag-hire ng world-renowned photographer at filmmaker, pati na rin ang glam team para sa beauty queen.
Pagbabahagi pa ni Jaggy, kinuha siya ni Michael na gumawa ng clothes (a full look) mula sa “sheer goodwill” ng designer.
“Remember, my clothes? A 300 plus yards of white tulle ball gown and a heavy knit ensemble? That was flown in from Manila just to be shot in Dubai!”
Dagdag pa niya, mismong si Michael ang nagbayad para sa “every centimeter of that box’s volume weight.”
“Can you imagine how much a huge balikbayan box would cost on an international air freight cargo two way?”
Nilinaw naman ni Jaggy na ang kanyang post ay hindi para sa kanya o isyu na “it didn’t pay off” o ang “kakarampot” na kontribusyong ibinahagi nila.
“This post is a testament to the kindness of the person being wrongfully accused. Attacking his team, the people who works for him is tantamount to attacking the creative head himself,” deklara ni Jaggy.
“You cannot go around telling the universe that you adore him and think that his people was deliberately sabotaging you behind his watch.”
Saad pa nito, tiyak na gagawin din niya ang naging hakbang ni Michael kung inaatake na ang kanyang staff sa “same disrespectful manner online.”
“If you were to ask me, I wouldn’t sow this amount of kindness to your candidate and your team only to end up being publicly humiliated and wrongfully accused! That is unfair! In situations like this, you do not expect someone to just keep quiet and be passive. You just gotta’ clap back and serve them!”
Kamakailan lamang nang i-call out ni Michael si Nova at ang MGmode para sa umano’y pagpapakalat nito ng fake news hinggil sa pagiging “unprofessional” ng kanilang team.
Pinabulaanan ni Michael ang pahayag ng MGmode na dumating nang “late” ang “unfitted” gown ni Nova, “to sabotage” ang pagkapanalo nito.
Mabilis naman nag-react si Nova sa isyu.
Kasunod nito, ibinunyag din ni fashion designer Rian Fernandez ang kanyang masamang karanasan sa Miss Universe Canada Organization ilan taon na ang nakalipas.
