Dinipensahan ng aktres na si Liza Soberano ang kanyang sarili mula sa mga kritiko matapos ang halo-halong reaksyon nang magpahayag ito ng pagsuporta kay Angel Locsin at sabihin na hindi nito kailangang humingi ng tawad sa senior citizen na namatay sa kasagsagan ng inorganisang community pantry ng huli.
Sa Twitter, iginiit ni Liza na na- “misunderstood” lang ng mga tao ang reaksyon niya.
“I meant don’t say sorry to the people demanding a sorry from her that have nothing to do with the situation. Of course, it’s only right and natural for Ate Angel to be sorry about the life that was lost,” anito.

“It’s just unfair to me that her intentions were twisted, and she’s being blamed for the death that she never intended to happen. Sorry if the family affected by this for offended by my comment, but this was not for you but the people blaming her,” dagdag pa ni Liza.
Sinabi ni Liza kay Angel, na hindi na nito kailangang mag-sorry dahil “hindi mo naman ginusto ang mga nangyari.”
“We will be praying for tatay’s soul, for his family who is mourning, and for your good health and peace of mind,” bahagi pa ng unang pahayag ni Liza.
Ipinagdiwang ni Angel kamakailan ang kanyang ika-36 na kaarawan sa pamamagitan ng pagtatayo ng community pantry sa Quezon City.
