TUTULAK ang 2019 Grandmaster Rosendo Carreon Balinas Sr. Chess Cup -Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club National Executive Grand Prix Rapid Chess Championships sa Setyembre 28 (Sabado) sa Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club, Molave and Narra function room sa Morong, Bataan.
Itinakda ang huling araw ng pagpapalista sa Setyembre 26, ayon kay Philippine Executive Chess Association (PECA) president Dr. Jenny Mayor.

Ipapatuupad ang six hanggang seven round Swiss system format na ipapatupad ang rapid time control 20 minutes plus 5 seconds delay mode bawat manlalaro para matapos ang laro.
