Hinamon ni Senador Leila de Lima ang utak ng pork barrel scam na si Janet Lim-Napoles na ibalik ang pera ng bayan na nakulimbat nito mula sa Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) ng mga tiwaling mambabatas.
Ito ang reaksiyon ni De Lima matapos magpahayag si Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre na puwedeng maging state witness si Napoles.
“If this government really sees her as a credible state witness because it thinks she is a ‘minimal player’ in the multi-billion pork barrel fund scandal, I challenge Napoles to return the wealth she has acquired from all her illegal transactions,” sabi ni De Lima.

Ayon sa mga ulat, mayroong P495.1 milyong halaga ng mga ari-arian si Napoles sa United States. Nagmamay-ari rin siya ng 30 mamahaling sasakyan, 28 residential properties sa Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, at Batangas. Ang lahat ng ito ay katas diumano ng anomalya sa PDAF. (Leonel M. Abasola)
