Ibinahagi ng TV host at social media personality na si Mariel Rodriguez ang na-realize niya sa kaniyang buhay ngayong 42-anyos na siya.
Sa isang Facebook post ni Mariel kamakailan, sinabi niyang hindi raw pala niya kailangan ng maraming kaibigan.
“At 42, I’ve realized that I don’t need a lot of friends. I just need the true ones,” saad ni Mariel. “The ones who have seen you through different seasons of your life. The ones you can laugh with until your stomach hurts, cry with, be completely yourself with, and somehow pick up exactly where you left off no matter how much time has passed.”
“Life has a funny way of showing you who your people really are… and at this age, I value that more than ever,” dugtong pa niya.
Ayon kay Mariel, maaari ngang maliit ang sirkulo niya ngayon ng mga kaibigan ngunit punong-puno raw naman ang puso niya.

Dagdag pa niya, “These are my people. My constants. My truest friends. And I wouldn’t trade them for anything.”
