Sa latest Instagram post ni Kristen noong Sabado, Agosto 1, ibinahagi niya ang screenshot ng FaceTime call nila ni JPE noong birthday niya last year.
“One of his goals for the year was to greet everyone a happy birthday. On my birthday, he didn’t just post a greeting. He called me. Again and again,” saad ni Kristen.
Dagdag pa niya, “My heart raced watching the missed FaceTime calls stack up. When I finally picked up, all he wanted was to greet me. To ask how I was celebrating. To tell me he loved me. And the call couldn’t end without his usual reminder to ‘study well.’
Ayon kay Kristen, ito raw ang last proper conversation nila ng kaniyang lolo.

“The best gift I got last year wasn’t something I could have planned or asked for. It was this - him calling just to remind me that he was thinking of me, that I was loved, captured in a screenshot I almost didn’t take,” dugtong pa niya.
