"We started ANGAT KAHIMATI, our Mental Health Program, in 2024 as a partnership between Angat Buhay, Councilor Gayle Abonal Gomez and the Ateneo de Naga Department of Psychology. When we first launched it, we used the former Angat Buhay Office ( at the District Office of then Congressman Gabby Bordado) to house it, then transferred to a room at the Jesse Robredo Center for Good Governance after Cong Gabby’s term," saad ng alkalde ng Naga sa isang Facebook post nitong Huwebes, Hunyo 11.

"When I assumed office, we wanted to adopt it as a City Program and we wanted a more permanent and appropriate space for our Mental Health Counselling Sessions. That was when we found the former Green Room at the 3rd floor of the Raul S Roco Library. We were told it was formerly used as an extension of the Mayor’s Office," pagbabahagi pa niya.

Nagpasalamat din si Robredo sa kanilang Angat Buhay partners.

"This hub will be a huge support to our Mental Health Unit at the City Health Office II."

Matatandaang inilunsad ni Robredo ang "Angat Buhay NGO" noong 2022.

Hango ito mula sa isa sa mga legasiya ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) sa kaniyang panunungkulan bilang pangalawang pangulo ng bansa, ang "Angat Buhay Program."
