Nanindigan si Vice President Sara Duterte na walang sapat na ebidensya laban sa kaniya kaugnay ng umuusad na impeachment complaints laban sa kaniya sa Kamara.
Sa isang pahayag na inilabas niya nitong Biyernes, Marso 13, 2026, tahasan niyang pinalagan ang mosyon ni Akbayan Partylist Rep. Chel Dioko hinggil sa paglalabas ng subpoena ng House Committee on Justice upang makakuha pa raw ng mga ebidensyang magpapatibay sa mga alegasyon sa impeachment complaint laban sa kaniya.
"Media outlets have recently published what is described as a letter from Rep. Diokno filed before the House Committee on Justice, seeking the issuance of subpoenas to obtain additional documents and records in connection with the impeachment complaints against me," ani VP Sara.
Saad pa niya, "This only reinforces what I have been saying all along. There is no sufficient evidence to warrant an impeachment case against me."
Paliwanag pa ni VP Sara, hindi raw maaaring magsagawa pa ng imbestigasyon ang naturang Komite para lamang mapagbtibay ang reklamong nilalaman ng impeachment complaints. Kaugnay nito inisa-isa niya ang mga umano'y naging pagkilos na rin sa kaniya noon upang madiin sa mga alegasyon.

"The first was the budget hearing in 2024, remembered for the now infamous line, “Let’s stick to our plan," saad ni VP Sara.
Dagdag pa niya, "The second were the hearings conducted by the Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability, which many will recall for the so-called “Mary Grace Piattos” attack."
Aniya, "Now we are witnessing yet another desperate attempt to search for evidence where none exists."
Muli ring ipinagdikdikan ni VP Sara na p[awang political attack lang daw ang gumugulong na impeachment case laban sa kaniya.
"Let me say this again for the nth time: The impeachment is a political attack designed to protect certain individuals and advance personal and foreign interests," anang Pangalawang Pangulo.
