Sa pambungad na deliberasyon para sa impeachment complaint kontra Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Martes, Marso 3, sinabi ni Luistro na hindi umano sila mga fortune teller.
Aniya, “I must acknowledge that yesterday was an interesting day. We witness a fascinating display of foresight, a moment when a colleague sought to act on a premonition, to address some matter before it even happened.
“But today, we leave the world of premonitions behind. We are not fortune tellers. Our duty is to scrutinize the documents now before us," dugtong pa ng kongresista.
Matatandaang tinangkang paalisin ni SAGIP Partylist Rep. Paolo Marcoleta ang isa sa mga complainant ng impeachment na si Kiko Aquino Dee noong Lunes, Marso 2, dahil sa kawalan umano nito ng proper decorum batay sa kaniyang premonisyon.
