Bumwelta si Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte matapos pagpiyestahan ng publiko ang hiniling niyang travel clearance para makalipad sa 17 bansa sa loob ng dalawang buwan.
Sa latest Facebook post ni Pulong nitong Biyernes, Disyembre 12, sinabi niyang normal practice umano sa pamahalaan nailagay sa travel authority ang mga posibleng stopovers o transit countries.
“It is normal practice of the government to include all possible stopovers or transit countries in the travel authority. If the route or flight changes, there will be no issue with paper,” saad ni Pulong.
Dagdag pa niya, “I used to do this every time I visited my father in the Netherlands — standard procedure only. This isn't luxury, this isn't a gimmick — it's just compliance.”
Ayon sa kongresista, batid umano ng mga Dabawenyo kung paano siya gumanap sa tungkulin—”silent, clear, and without theatrics.”

Kaya naman pinabulaan niya ang intrigang world tour umano ang paglalakbay niya sa 17 bansa.
Aniya, “Just working. Obligation in the family. And continued service to you. I will not be distracted by their political noise.”
