"I just would like to explain before I ask questions to two of our contractors here," ani Abante.
"There's a big difference between the telling the truth kasya 'yong pinapaikot-ikot tayo rito. Naiinsulto na po ang committee. When you are underoath, pagkatapos magsasabi ka ng kung ano-ano, naiiba ang mga binabanggit mo. That's the reason why I made a point of order," dagdag pa niya.
"Ang sabi dito e, 'Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.' This was written about 2,000 years ago, but still very appropriate ang very accurate sa ating panahon.
"I would just like to tell them, there is still time for them to repent of their own sins and come to the Lord Jesus Christ Who can change their lives."
Matapos nito, nagsimula na si Abante na kuwestiyunin ang mga inimbitahan nilang resource persons kagaya nina dating DPWH District Engineer Henry Alcantara, Government Contractor Curlee Discaya, DPWH Bulacan 1st District Former Assistant Engineer JP Mendoza, at Former DPWH Bulacan 1st District Engineer Brice Ericson Hernandez.
