Ito ay para amyendahan ang nauna nang inihaing mosyon ni Senator-judge Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa na i-dismiss ang impeachment trial ni VP Sara.

Paglilinaw naman ni Senator-judge Cayetano, ang hakbang na ito ay hindi "dismissal" ng impeachment.
