Sinuportahan ni Iloilo City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas ang Coffeebreak Cafe International, Inc., ang coffee shop na nakatanggap ng bad review at hindi magandang salita mula sa content creator na si Euleen Castro, na kilala sa tawag na "Pambansang Yobab."
Matatandaang pumalag ang pamunuan ng coffee shop sa TikTok video ni Castro, kung saan, ibinahagi ng content creator na nagsadya sila ng mga kasama sa nabanggit na kapehan sa Iloilo.
"Nag-try kami dito sa Coffeebreak. Andami. Out of all of you, all of you [mga inorder na food] walang masarap. Even the drinks. Even the lasagna. Lahat tab-ang... Ang dami n'yo diyan, walang masarap sa inyo? Ni isa? Puta,” sey ni Euleen na ang tinutukoy nga ay mga order nila.
Nagtanong siya sa mga taga-Iloilo kung anong masarap na coffee shop ang mairerekomenda sa kanila ng mga kasama niya.

Samantala, naglabas naman ng opisyal na pahayag ang Coffebreak Cafe International Inc. tungkol dito. Anila, tinatanggap nila ang constructive criticisms subalit kinokondena nila ang "strong and explicit language" na ginamit daw ng content creator sa naging review niya.
"Thank you for sharing your thoughts Ms. Euleen Castro about your recent visit to Coffeebreak. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us learn and improve."
"However, we were taken aback by the strong and explicit language used in your review. While we understand that not everyone will share the same taste, we believe that constructive criticism can always be communicated respectfully. We're proud of the word our team puts into creating a positive experience for every guest, and language that crosses the line can be dishearthening—not only to us but to the people who work hard every day to serve our customers," anila.
Bahagi pa ng kanilang pahayag ang pagsasabing 20 taon nang nagse-serve sa coffee lovers ang nabanggit na coffee shop, at wala pa silang natanggap na "insulting feedback" mula sa kanilang mga naging customer, na kagaya sa mga binitiwang salita ni Euleen.

Inulan naman ng katakot-takot na reaksiyon, komento, at batikos mula sa mga netizen, lalo na sa mga Ilonggo, ang nabanggit na content creator. May mga naghain pa ng mungkahing patawan siya ng "persona non grata."
Mababasa naman sa official Facebook page ni Iloilo Mayor Jerry P. Treñas ang panawagan niya sa mga kapwa Ilonggo.
"Mayor Jerry P. Treñas respectfully appeals to our fellow Ilonggos to stop sharing or reposting the video related to the recent incident at Coffeebreak. If you have already shared it, we kindly urge you to consider deleting the post."
"As Ilonggos, we take pride in our values of respect, compassion, and community support. Content that spreads negativity or uses hurtful language does not represent who we are as a people. Reposting the video only amplifies the harm and contributes nothing to the resolution of the issue."
"Let us choose to be responsible and respectful online citizens," aniya.
