Usap-usapan ang reklamo ni Precy Vitug-Ejercito, asawa ni Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, matapos niyang sitahin ang isang resort hotel sa Boracay dahil sa isang naispatang ipis sa bathtub ng palikuran ng tinutuluyang hotel room.
Sa Facebook post ni Precy, Biyernes, Mayo 23, ibinahagi niya ang pagkadismaya sa pagkakaroon ng malaki at "smelly cockroach" sa kaniyang bathtub, na umamoy daw sa buong bathroom ang amoy.
"Is this for REAL?!? A huge, smelly cockroach in my bathtub!!! And the smell of the cockroach lingering throughout the entire bathroom!!! This is just too much. I came here to relax, not to be stressed for two days straight! You’ve ruined my vacation, MOVENPICK Boracay!!!Movenpick Boracay," aniya.
Bukod sa ipis, may iba pa palang concern si Precy sa bathroom.

"There was also an issue with the water closet! yesterday—it was working fine, but it smelled terrible due to the cockroach scent. Then, a staff member came to fix the toilet, but they accidentally caused it to break, and now it’s constantly flushing and cannot be used! Such a frustrating and careless mistake—it’s a hassle not being able to use the bathroom because of their incompetence! "
"Furthermore, my privacy has been completely compromised with so many staff members entering and exiting my VILLA repeatedly!!!!! This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for guests privacy and comfort."

Sa comment section naman ng post ni Precy ay tumugon naman ang pamunuan ng resort and spa.
"We are deeply alarmed and truly sorry for the distress you experienced. What you described is absolutely not acceptable and not the experience we promise to any of our guests. You deserved better from us, and we understand your frustration completely."
