Sinita ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang kontrobersyal na campaign jingle ni Mocha Uson na 'Cookie ni Mocha' bunsod umano ng pagkakaroon nito ng "double meaning."
Sa liham na inilabas ng Task Force on Safeguarding Against Fear and Exclusion in Elections (TASK FORCE SAFE) noong Martes, Abril 8, 2025, iginiit ng Comelec na bagama't nauunawaan anila ang kagustuhan ni Uson na makuha ang atensyon ng publiko, mayroon umano itong "sexually suggestive elements."
"Puns and double meanings may be used as literary devices in campaigns, but we hope that these are used not to distract from your political platform or skirt the line between accepted speech and obscenity, as we are in the context of elections," anang Comelec.
Dagdag pa nito, "Sexually suggestive elements in your campaign can detract from the serious discussions we need to have about policy, governance, and the future of our communities."
Matatandaang noong Marso 30 sa Proclamation rally sa ilalim ng Yorme's Choice sa District 3 ng Maynila nang magsimulang mag-viral ang naturang campaign jingle ni Uson na tumatakbong konsehal sa nasabing lungsod.

Saad pa ng Comelec, umaasa umano sila sa mas magiging disenteng kampanya ni Uson.
"We trust that you will reflect on the impact of your current campaign approach and make choices that elevate political participation and discourse," saad ng Komisyon.
