"I usually buy cake on yours and nothing is wrong, you always put the dedication. this is what happen today!

"To our Dear Customers,"

"We are aware of an isolated incident involving a cake greeting that has raised concerns online. At Goldilocks, we truly believe in messages that celebrate, uplift, and bring people together - reflecting the joy and togetherness we've always valued. We are always happy to accommodate personalized messages on cakes that have space specially designed for greetings."

"We understand how much these moments mean, and we're taking steps to ensure every customer feels seen, included, and celebrated in every store, every time," anila.

"Goldilocks offers no apology, just says they are 'aware' of an 'isolated' incident. They say that they are happy to accomodate personalized messages and are taking steps (what steps?) to ensure every customer feels seen, included and celebrated. What does that even mean?" aniya sa kaniyang Facebook post

"They do not say they have spoken to the employee and that it was a mistake. They just reiterate their vaguely worded policy. This is barely an acknowledgement."

Kaya giit ng abogado, "So, still not buying from Goldilocks. Madaming ibang bakeshops and restos."
