“He should be hanged…”
Iginiit ni senatorial candidate at labor-leader Atty. Luke Espiritu na si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte umano ang “most important enemy” sa kasalukuyan dahil binabago raw nito ang kultura ng bansa at nais “maging mainstream ang patayan.”
Sa eksklusibong panayam ng Balita noong Martes, Pebrero 25, sinabi ni Espiritu na pareho siyang kontra sa administrasyon nina Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. at FPRRD, ngunit may “special place” daw para sa kaniya ang huli.
“I am both against Marcos and Duterte. But Duterte has a special place for me because he is really a murderous person that tries to transform our entire society at gagawin niyang basurahan ng ating lipunan,” giit ni Espiritu.

“Duterte is the single most important enemy in our country today dahil ang mismong kultura natin ay binabago niya. Gusto niyang maging mainstream ang patayan.”
Giit pa ni Espiritu, nais umano ng dating pangulo na pinapalakpakan ang mga paglabag sa karapatang pantao.
“Ang human rights violation gusto niyang pinapalakpakan. And he draws supporters from among the discontented elements in our society like channeling the discontent towards those ends na will, in fact, perfect yung pagiging barbaric ng ating lipunan,” ani Espiritu.
“And he must be stamped out. And I even would like to advocate that he must be meted and administered revolutionary justice. Dapat siya ay pinupurga physically for our society. He should be hanged, that guy,” pagbibigay-diin pa niya.
Matatandaang sa administrasyong Duterte isinagawa ang giyera kontra droga sa bansa kung saan inihayag ni human rights lawyer Chel Diokno kamakailan na base sa 2017 year-end accomplishment report ng Office of the President (OP), 20,322 drug suspects umano ang napatay mula Hulyo 2016 hanggang Nobyembre 2017.
Samantala, sa naturang panayam ay nilinaw ni Espiritu na nais daw niyang “panagutin” si FPRRD dahil nagiging piring umano ang dating pangulo sa ibang tao upang makita ang “karakter” ng administrasyong Marcos.
“The reason why I want to go against Duterte is I want to go against Marcos. I want to pave the way for us to seek justice also from the Marcoses,” ani Espiritu.
“Pero habang meron ang Duterte, it becomes an obstruction for us to see the Marcos administration for what it is.It is a plunderous administration. Pero dahil merong Duterte, napipiringan ang pagtitingin ng iba tungkol sa karakter ng Marcos government.
“Therefore I want to do away with Duterte. I want to resolve the problem of Duterte because I want to get to Marcos eventually,” saad pa niya.
