Nagbigay ng reaksyon si House Deputy Majority Leader at La Union 1st district Rep. Paolo Ortega V hinggil sa naging resulta ng survey ng OCTA Research kung saan mas marami umanong mga Pilipino ang naniniwala kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. kaysa kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Matatandaang base sa isinagawang survey ng OCTA, 36% ang nagpahayag ng suporta sa administrasyong Marcos, habang nasa 18% ang nananatiling sumusuporta kay dating Pangulong Duterte.

“The people have spoken. The Duterte era is over. Team Pilipinas is moving forward,” giit ni Ortega.

“This survey confirms that Filipinos are firmly standing with Team Pilipinas, rejecting leaders who have compromised the nation for China—whether by surrendering our rights in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) or enabling the unchecked rise of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) controlled by Chinese interests,” dagdag pa niya.

Ayon sa mambabatas, nilinis ng administrasyong Marcos, na tumitindig daw para sa bansa, ang “damage” na iniwan umano ni Duterte.

"The damage his administration caused is still being cleaned up today,” ani Ortega.

“President Bongbong Marcos is standing up for the country. He is defending our waters, going after illegal POGOs, and cutting off China’s backdoor influence. That is why Filipinos are with Team Pilipinas, not Team China,” saad pa niya.
