Kumitil ng isang buhay ang sumabog na granada sa North Cotabato, ilang minuto bago sumapit ang 2025 nitong Martes, Disyembre 31.
Sa ulat ng Philippine News Agency (PNA), nangyari ang pagsabog bandang 11:50 ng gabi sa mataong carnival area sa Sitio Condring, Barangay Marbel, ayon kay Matalam Vice Mayor Ralph Ryan Rafael.
“The family of the victim deserves answers, and our community deserves to feel safe,” ani Rafael.
