"to bring comfort and hope to PDLs. BuCor emphasized that family connections are critical to the emotional resilience and rehabilitation of PDLs, especially during holidays," anang BuCor.
Dagdag pa nila, "the reunion will continue over the next three days, demonstrating BuCor’s dedication to humane corrections service by addressing the emotional and psychological needs of its clientele. Through programs like this, the Bureau reaffirms its commitment to rehabilitation and compassion, even within the challenges of incarceration."
