Naglabas na ng pahayag ang global fashion and design company na "H&M Philippines" sa Vista Mall, Sta. Rosa, Laguna branch matapos mag-viral ang Facebook post ng isang customer na pinaalis daw ng store manager dahil sa dala-dala nilang stroller na kinalulunan ng kaniyang anak na person with disability (PWD).
Ayon sa Facebook post ng nagngangalang "Sorened Ehya," pinaalis daw sila ng store manager dahil sa malaking stroller na dala-dala nilang mag-asawa sa loob, kung saan naroon ang kanilang anak na blind at deaf.

Nakarating naman sa pamunuan ng kompanya ang viral rant post ng customer at agad silang naglabas ng opisyal na public apology tungkol dito, na mababasa sa kanilang official Facebook page.
"At H&M we deeply value all our customers and are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming shopping environment for everyone."
"We are aware of an incident in one of our stores where a misunderstanding occurred involving a customer and their child. Our team approached the customer regarding a large stroller without realizing that it was being used by a child with a disability. We regret any distress this may have caused and are reviewing the situation to ensure we learn from it."
"Our team members are being reminded of our accessibility policies to ensure such incidents do not happen again. We are committed to improving our practices to better serve all our customers," anila.
Wala namang update mula sa customer kung anong legal na hakbang ang balak nilang gawin laban sa kompanya.
