“Ang nakasulat dito, considering as requested. Atty. Zuleika Lopez has been examined by the physicians and cleared by the St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City. You are directed to transfer, Atty. Lopez to the Veterans Memorial Center in Quezon City, and this is consistent practice by the House of Representatives to entrust detainees to government facilities. For immediate implementation and signed by the authority of the Speaker,” ani Torre III.

Lopez to be examined by St. Luke's at ito nga na-examined na sila ng St. Luke's and St. Luke's hospital given them clearance to be discharged and to be brought back to the Veteran's Memorial Center,” saad ni Torre III.
