Ang pambato naman ng Pilipinas na si CJ Opiaza mula sa Zambales ang first runner-up.
Ang kalahok naman mula sa Myanmar na si Thae Su Nyein ang second runner-up, Safiétou Kabengele ng France ang third runner-up, at kinatawan ng Brazil na siTalita Hartmann ang fourth runner-up.
Ito na ulit ang pagbabalik sa winning streak ng Pinas sa nabanggit na timpalak matapos malaglag ni Nikki de Moura noong 2023 edition.

Sinundan ni Opiaza ang yapak nina Nicole Cordoves (2016) at Samantha Bernardo (2021) na parehong first runner-up sa nabanggit na pageant.
Sa Q&A portion ng Top 5, tinanong ang finalists kung ano sa palagay nila ang "most critical issue" na kinahaharap ng mga tao ngayon sa buong mundo, at ano ang kanilang panukalang solusyon para dito.
Sagot ni Miss India, ""I believe the most critical issue the world is facing today is poverty due to overpopulation and lack of resources. Simply put there isn't enough for everybody on this planet. I think it's time for world leaders to take accountability and to start promoting the idea of enough resources for everybody. We can do this by promoting birth control methods in the different countries."
"I come from a country, India, where not everybody has access to food, water, education, and basic amenities and this is true for most of the world. It's time for us to stop fighting each other and start respecting one another and making sure that we have enough resources for everyone in this planet," dagdag pa niya.
Sagot naman ni CJ, " "The most pressing issue that we have today is, of course, the presence of war and violence. We can see all around [the] media that there are people dying, people suffering, you can see the kids crying, their dreams are being shattered. How our differences make us divided."
"I collect you all as you leave this place today to bring much more kindness, [and] respect, and treat one another as human. We live in the same world, we breathe the same air. We are living in the same place. Treat one another as your brothers and sisters."
Isa pa sa mga nagustuhan ng Pinoy pageant fans kay CJ ay ang makapukaw-atensyon niyang pagrampa, lalo na sa suot niyang evening gown na likha at disenyo ng Filipino renowned designer na si Mak Tumang, na siya ring nagdisenyo ng gowns ni Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
