Binalaan ni Manila 6th district Rep. Benny Abante Jr. si dating Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque na lumantad na at harapin umano ang mga kahihinatnan ng kaniyang mga aksyon.
Sinabi ito ni Abante, co-chairman ng mega-panel, sa naging pagdinig ng House quad-committee nitong Biyernes, Oktubre 11, hinggil sa mga isyu ng Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs), extrajudicial killings (EJKs), money laundering, at drug war ng administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
“To those people and to those still in hiding, like Atty. Harry Roque, I say this: Have the courage to face the consequences of your actions. It is better to stand and be judged than to live in the shadow of your wrongdoings,” giit ni Abante.
“Maniwala po kayo, justice will catch up to you sooner or later. It is not a matter of if, but when. As we have always said, the time of reckoning has come,” dagdag niya.

Isinasangkot si Roque sa ilegal na POGO hub sa Porac, Pampanga, at sa isang bahay sa Benguet na inuupahan ng isang Chinese fugitive at dalawang Chinese POGO workers.
Kaugnay nito, matatandaang noong Setyembre 12 nang ipa-cite in contempt ng quad committee ang dating presidential spokesperson sa ikalawang pagkakataon matapos hindi sumipot sa pagdinig at kabiguang magsumite ng mga hinihinging dokumento sa Komite, tulad ng Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).
