Usap-usapan ang tila pasaring na X post ng nag-aasam na makabalik sa senado na si dating senador at presidential candidate Panfilo "Ping" Lacson patungkol sa ilang mga nag-file ng certificate of candidacy (COC) para sa 2025 midterm elections.
Inisa-isa ni Lacson ang ilan sa mga hindi raw disqualified na makatakbo sa alinmang posisyon sa pamahalaan, batay na rin sa Saligang Batas ng Pilipinas at Omnibus Election Code.
Aniya, "The filing of certificates of candidacy ended yesterday, Oct 8. According to the Constitution and the Omnibus Election Code, the following are not disqualified: Clowns, Congenital liars, Kleptomaniacs, Sex maniacs, Those unable to understand what they read and write."
Isang netizen naman ang sumingit, "You forgot, drug lords too."
