Naglabas ng pahayag si Senador Risa Hontiveros tungkol sa naganap na executive session ng mga senador kay dating Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo kahapon, Martes, Setyembre 24.
Matatandaang nangako si Guo sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality na sasabihin niya kung sino ang “most guilty” sa ilegal na Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) sa executive session.

Sa pahayag nitong Miyerkules, Setyembre 25, sinabi ni Hontiveros na hindi pa rin daw siya masyadong satisfied. Gayunman, mayroon daw "crucial personality" na kinumpira si Guo.

"Hindi pa rin ako masyadong satisfied sa mga pahayag sa executive session, bagama't there was one crucial personality confirmed by Guo Hua Ping. This corroborates a theory that the Committee shared a month ago," ani Hontiveros.
Dagdag pa niya, "since photos of a former chief PNP and other PNP personalities with POGO personalities were shown, we deem it important to give them a platform to respond in the interest of fairness."
