“They will ‘pay’ the band Php 2.40 per Php1900 record. Php2.40 that Manuel, Wolf, Myself and Mons kids will have to split between each other,” saad ni Basti.
“That means if the record company makes 1,900,000 pesos of album sales Wolfgang gets 600 pesos each. 2024 and this is the type of stuff that still goes on today when honestly there is enough to go around if people weren’t so greedy,” aniya.
Dagdag pa ng bokalista: “Next year is the official 30th anniversary of the album. I have plans, if you can wait I will make it worth your while and the band would appreciate it because we will finally get paid for fighting to put that album out.”
"We’ll wait for your remastered version"
"re-record it, release a new version -- the Taylor Swift way"
"I feel you bro. A year is worth the wait. Looking forward to what you guys will be releasing. Arise"
"Ei man. Thank you for revealing this sickening revelation. Found a new reason not to buy vinyls for now. Unless the band themselves have participation in every vinyl project, until then, pass. For now dont let this stress you. You have my support, basti. Animo benilde!"
"Grabe naman! Tama ka, in this day and age pa. Looking forward to Halik ni Hudas - Basti’s Version "
" you deserve so much better than this"
"It hurts to hear that one of the core foundation of Rock Music will just be paid in coins."
"You guys should definitely do your own thing to compete with this . Rock & Roll boys "
“To those wondering, our royalty rate is not a percentage it is .30 cents per song per album sold, we have 8 songs on that record. This is a 30 year old contract we had with Ivory,” lahad ni Basti.
