Nalulungkot? Walang makausap? Feeling depressed?

"I saw someone shared this hotline on my news feed while nag-s-scroll ako dito sa FB. I tried to dial the number for Globe/TM subscribers (0966) 351 4518), and true enough, less than a minute may sumagot agad, just like the post said," aniya.

"At first, we just said hello and nahiya ako bigla. I had second thoughts if itutuloy ko ba yung conversation or not. Natahimik ako, but after a minute, we started talking. The person I spoke with was warm and asked my name, age, and location (pwede din naman confidential). Then she asked how I was and why I called. You can say whatever's on your mind. Ako kasi speechless, pero very patient siya and nag-wait until ready na ako mag-share."

Dagdag pa niya, "Ang ganda ng experience ko dito sa hotline na 'to, especially for those who need someone to talk to, may pinagdadaanan, stress, nakakaranas ng anxiety attacks, and depression."

"I can say, after that call, gumaan yung pakiramdam ko. Sobrang helpful nitong hotline na 'to. They are fully equipped and ready to assist you with your mental health needs."

He gave me tips on what to do when I encounter some changes due to pregnancy. This is very helpful."
