Pinuri ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. dahil naitalang pagbagal ng inflation rate sa bansa nitong buwan ng Hunyo.
Nitong Biyernes, Hulyo 5, nang ihayag ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) na bumagal sa 3.7% ang inflation sa bansa nitong Hunyo mula sa 3.9% na datos noong buwan ng Mayo.

Sa isa namang pahayag nito ring Biyernes, sinabi ni Romualdez na manipestasyon ang naturang pagbaba ng inflation na epektibo umanong nakokontrol ng administrasyong Marcos ang pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin.
“This means that inflation, which measures the rate of increase in the prices of goods and services, has been effectively controlled by the administration's strategic economic policies,” ani Romualdez.
“By keeping inflation under control, we have safeguarded the purchasing power of every Filipino. This achievement is not just a testament to the administration’s competence but also a promise of continued prosperity and stability for our nation,” dagdag niya.
Samantala, binigyang-diin din ng House leader na dapat umanong patuloy na maging proaktibo ang pamahalaan para masiguro ang pagpapabuti ng ekonomiya ng bansa.
