Nagkaroon ng kolaborasyon sa pagitan ng GMA Network at Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) kaugnay ng isang compliance seminar na may pamagat na "Responsableng Paggabay" na ginanap noong Hunyo 4 sa GMA Network Center sa Kamuning, Quezon City.

Layunin ng nabanggit na seminar na magbigay ng gabay at klaripikasyon patungkol sa mga hurisdiksyon ng MTRCB sa regulasyon ng mga nilalaman ng palabas sa telebisyon at pelikula, gayundin sa pagbibigay ng rating classifications.

Pinangunahan ang pagdalo sa nabanggit na seminar mula sa mga opisyal ng GMA Network gaya nina Officer-in-Charge Mildred Zarah G. Garcia, Senior Assistant Vice President for Program Management Ma. Concepcion R. Agnes, at Assistant Vice President for Litigation and Special Projects Atty. Jose Vener C. Ibarra. Dumalo rin ang mga empleyadong may kinalaman sa TV content production, kasama na ang mga nasa likod ng TV plugs, publicity layouts, at theatrical cinema movies.

Pinangunahan naman ni MTRCB Chair Lala Sotto ang pagtalakay sa paksa ng compliance seminar.

Being a broadcast network, GMA-7 shares the responsibility of ensuring viewer welfare and is expected to uphold standards that protect the Filipino audience and impressionable young minds from harmful content," ani Sotto.
