Sa exclusive interview ni Araneta-Marcos kay Anthony Taberna na umere nitong Biyernes, Abril 19, sinabi niyang lumapit sa kaniya sina Sasot at Nieto dahil sa kasong cyberlibel.

Gayunman, pinabulaanan ito ni Sasot dahil unang-una raw, kaya sila nakipagkita sa First Lady dahil kailangan nito ang tulong nila at hindi dahil sa kasong kinakaharap nila.
Sa Facebook post ni Sasot, ibinahagi niya ang detalye ng umano’y pagkikita nila ni Araneta-Marcos.
“To jog your memory Mrs. Araneta-Marcos, the first time we met was on 20 November 2017 in your family’s house in Narra Street, Forbes park,” ani Sasot.
Ang agenda raw ng meeting na ‘yon ay tungkol sa "Electoral Protest, Impeachment Cases, at RevGov issue.”
Saad pa ng blogger, kaya raw sila kinita ng First Lady dahil kailangan nito ng tulong para marinig umano ng publiko ang panig nila tungkol sa electoral protest nila laban kay dating Vice President Leni Robredo.
“Mrs Araneta-Marcos, we first met because your family needed our help to inform the public about your side of the story regarding your electoral protest against Vice President Leni Robredo. Let me remind you once again, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, that you needed our help because mainstream media was so pro-Leni at that time,” sambit ni Sasot.
“During that dinner, your family divulged to us everything about the alleged cheating that happened. Every blogger in that dinner knows this, Mrs. Araneta-Marcos,” dagdag pa niya.
Bukod dito, nilinaw ni Sasot ang pahayag ni Araneta-Marcos na hindi totoong may kaso silang cyberlibel ni Nieto. Ito raw ay tungkol sa paglabag sa “Data Privacy Act.”
Matatandaang noong Marso 2018, inihain ni Jover Laurio, o mas kilala bilang ‘Pinoy Ako Blog’, ang civil complaint laban sa dalawang bloggers dahil sa paglabag sa “Data Privacy Act of 2012” at “right to free speech.”

Pinabulaanan din ni Sasot ang sinabi ng First Lady na tinanggal niya ang lawyer na ibinigay nito.
“I did not fire the lawyer you provided, Mrs. Araneta-Marcos.
“Again, let me jog your failing memory. I sued Jover Laurio and Cocoy Dayao for CYBERLIBEL. Jover Laurio filed a civil case against RJ Nieto and I for violations of Data Privacy Act. These are two DIFFERENT CASES, Mrs. Araneta-Marcos.”
Samantala, binigyang-diin ni Sasot na anim na taon nilang dinedepensahan ang Pamilya Marcos dahil “tae” umano ang tingin daw ng mainstream media sa mga ito.
“Yes it was pro-bono. But I believe it was mutual help. We were helping your family bring to the public details of your side of the electoral protest you filed against Vice President Leni Robredo, which mainstream media wasn't keen on covering,” aniya.
“Kung makapagsalita ka Mrs Araneta-Marcos eh parang ikaw lang ang nagbigay ng tulong? Pwede ba, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, TAE ang tingin sa inyo ng mainstream media noon. AND WE WERE THERE DEFENDING YOUR FAMILY FOR SIX YEARS. We were there behind your family noon TAE PA KAYO sa paningin ng mainstream media,” patutsada niya sa First Lady.
Naglapag din si Sasot ng mga screenshot na tila “resibo” sa mga binanggit niya.
“Now, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, these are the facts. How do you think your statements measure up against them? I was communicating with the lawyer you said I fired. Until the last moment, I was asking the lawyer what's RJ Nieto's final decision regarding settling with Laurio. RJ Nieto decided to proceed with the case and did NOT want to settle with Laurio. So papaanong nilaglag Mrs Araneta-Marcos? Paki-explain po sa amin? At saang part po yung I fired my lawyer?” saad ni Sasot.
“I will leave it up to lawyers to assess what happened here. And whether the judge my cyberlibel case against Laurio and Dayao has any jurisdiction over RJ Nieto, who is NOT plaintiff to the case. Facts are NOT on your side Mrs Araneta-Marcos. All you have is your saliva.
“As for karma, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, you are using this concept wrong. You are rich enough to pursue a more sophisticated education on worldviews, such as Hinduism, which is the source of the principle of karma.”
