Pinaaapura na ng Davao Regional Trial Court Branch 12 (Family Court) ang pag-aresto sa kontrobersyal na Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader na si Pastor Apollo Quiboloy kaugnay ng kinakaharap na kasong child abuse at sexual abuse.
Bukod kay Quiboloy, kasama rin sa pinaaaresto ang mga kasamahang akusado na sina Jackielyn W. Roy, Crescente Canada, Paulene Canada, Ingrid C. Canada at Sylvia Cemañes.
Matatandaang naglabas ng arrest warrant ang nasabing hukuman nitong Marso 14, gayunman sinuspindi ang implementasyon nito dahil umapela sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang kampo ni Quiboloy.
Paliwanag ng korte, iniutos nito na ipatupad na ang warrant of arrest dahil hindi pa rin dumarating ang resolusyon ng DOJ hinggil sa motion for reconsideration ng kampo ni Quiboloy.

"Having received none as of this date, the Court declines this time to await. As what was earlier determined upon judicious examination and perusal of information where it found probable cause, let the warrants of arrest already issued be implemented immediately,” anang hukuman.
Si Quiboloy at lima pang akusado ay kinasuhan ng paglabag sa Republic Act 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Law) kamakailan.
