Sa pahayag ng Maco Municipal Disaster Risk and Reduction and Management Office (MMDRRMO), ang nasabing bilang ay narekober ng Light Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) teams ng Philippine Army (PA)-525th Engineer Combat Battalion (525ECBn) at ng 51st Engineer Brigade, sa Ground Zero kung saan naganap ang malawakang landslide.

“The Management of the Dead and the Missing Cluster are validating the tally of the missing individuals and the unidentified bodies,” bahagi ng pahayag ng Maco government nitong Lunes.

Nitong Linggo, binisita ni Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian ang ground zero at mga evacuation site kung saan namahagi ito ng relief goods at financial assistance.

"Your welfare is the priority of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and he sent me here to see to it that your needs will be addressed. He wanted to assure you that the national government is focusing its interventions on you,” bahagi ng talumpati ni Gatchalian sa gitna ng pamamahagi ng tulong sa Nuevo Iloco National High School na isa sa evacuation sites.

Tiniyak din ng kalihim na tutulungan nila ang mga evacuee na makabangon mula sa epekto ng kalamidad.
