Bagamat ibinasura na ng Naga City Prosecutor’s Office ang isinampang kaso laban sa umano’y suspek na pumatay sa 17-anyos na dalagitang si Roselle Bandojo, patuloy pa ring nananawagan ng hustisya ang pamilya ng biktima.

“It is with heavy heart that we share the disheartening news about my sister’s case, Roselle Bandojo Despite our collective hope for justice, the case has been DISMISSED due to a disturbing lack of evidence,” ayon sa Facebook post ni Ron Januario Bandojo, kapatid ni Roselle.

Humihiling din ito ng panalangin para kay Roselle upang makamit ang hustiya.

“Let's come together once again to seek justice for my sister. A little prayer for her and for justice to prevail is highly appreciated. We owe it to Roselle and others who seek justice.”

Matatandaang ibinasura ng Naga City Prosecutor’s Office ang isinampang kasong “robbery with homicide” laban kay Lorenzo “Enzo” Purisima dahil sa “insufficiency of evidence” sa pagpatay sa senior high school student.
