Tuluyan nang sinampahan ng Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters sa Pilipinas, Inc. ng kasong kriminal ang mga Vivamax artist na sina AJ Raval, Ayanna Misola, at Azi Acosta sa Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office nitong Martes, Oktubre 17.
“Today here in the Pasay City Prosecutors Office we filed criminal cases against Vivamax Celebrities AJ Raval, Ayana Misola , and Azi Acosta for violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012,” pahayag ng KSMBPI
Dagdag pa nila: “KSMBPI is now set to address other related but equally urgent concerns plaguing the local entertainment industry that also includes social media.”
Sa kanila rin umanong paggalugad sa mundo ng showbiz industry sa Pilipinas, natuklasan ng grupo ang mga iskandalosong sikretong mayroon dito.

“A bad thing just being whispered but never openly discussed for whatever fearsome reasons the victims may have. Worst of all these wrondoings seldom is reported to the proper authorities in order to avail of the remedies that the law can afford to the silent victims of these offenses.”
Pero nang magsimula umano ang kanilang krusada laban sa “moral decay” at “anarchy”, ang mga tahimik na biktima ay nagsimulang magsalita.
Kaya naman sinimulan isulong ng grupo ang kanilang krusada na tatawaging “Oplan Kontra Sexual Exploitations or Sexual Harassment and Human Trafficking (Bugawan Events) in the Local Showbiz and Social Media World”.
Matatandaang nauna nang binanggit ng grupo ang planong pagsasampa ng kaso sa tatlo matapos masampulan ang isa pang Vivamax artist na si Angeli Khang noong nakaraang linggo dahil umano sa paglabag sa Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 nang ipost ng actress ang kaniyang mga malalaswang video sa verified social media account niya.
Ang nasabing social media broadcasters ding ito ang nagsampa ng kasong kriminal kina Toni Fowler, Vice Ganda, at Ion Perez.
Sa kasalukuyan, wala pang pahayag, tugon, o reaksiyon sina Angeli, AJ, Ayana, Azi, at maging ang Vivamax kaugnay sa isyung ito.
