Nanawagan si Megastar Sharon Cuneta sa mga animal lover na buksan din ang kanilang mga puso para sa mga Aspin o asong Pinoy.

Sa kaniyang Instagram post, nagbahagi si Sharon ng larawan ng isang Aspin mula umano sa Pawssion Project Foundation.

“I have a house full of beloved dogs who are treated with the utmost love and well taken care of. If I didn’t have too many of them, I would really adopt aspins who deserve the same kind of love my dogs receive,” ani Sharon kasabay ng kaniyang panawagan sa animal lovers na mag-adopt ng mga aso mula sa Pawssion Project.

“Aspins are smart, loving and loyal! My one Aspin/rescue dog from Olongapo is now so fat and happy and spoiled - his name, as many of you know, is Pawi-boy,” dagdag niya.

Ayon pa sa Megastar, kung hindi man daw makapag-adopt ang lahat, sana raw ay makapag-donate sila sa naturang foundation para matulungan umano ang mga Aspin doon.

“Even small amounts go a long way. Thank you so much and may God bless you,” aniya.

Sa kaparehong Instagram post ay inihayag ni Sharon na ang larawan ng asong ibinahagi niya mula sa Pawssion Project ay isa lamang umano sa mga Aspin na nasa city dog pound na patuloy nilang inaalagaan.

“When you surrender your dog, sometimes this is what they do. They sit there waiting for you to come back. They dont want toys, treats, food, they just want you,” saad ni Sharon.

“This is one of atleast 50 dogs at the city dog pound that we continue to feed and support. We do not get adoptions so we just could not take in more and more. This is why we advocate for adoption because there are not enough homes for all the dogs and cats around. This is why we advocate for responsible pet parenting.”

“If you dont want to make a forever commitment to a dog or any animal, please dont even get one,” panawagan pa ng Megastar.
