Inihayag ng ABS-CBN nitong Biyernes ng gabi, Oktubre 6, na hindi na ito aapela sa Office of the President (OP) hinggil sa 12-airing days suspension na kinahaharap ng "It’s Showtime."

Ito ay matapos ibinasura ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) ang motions for reconsideration na isinumite ng It’s Showtime.

“We respect the authority of MTRCB, but we humbly maintain that the program did not break any pertinent law,” dagdag pa nito.

“Our heartfelt thanks to our viewers for their unwavering love and support for ‘It's Showtime,’ which will return on October 28 stronger and better than ever,” anang ABS-CBN.

“Maraming salamat, Madlang People!”
