Itinaas na sa Signal No. 1 ang Batanes dahil sa bagyong Hanna, ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) nitong Sabado, Setyembre 2.
Sa tala ng PAGASA nitong 5:00 ng umaga, huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyong Hanna 520 kilometro ang layo sa East Northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes, na may maximum sustained winds na 120 kilometers per hour malapit sa sentro at pagbugsong 150 kilometers per hour.
Kumikilos ito pakanluran sa bilis na 10 kilometers per hour.
“The Southwest Monsoon currently enhanced by HANNA and two other tropical cyclones outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (SAOLA and KIROGI) will bring occasional to monsoon rains over the western portion of Luzon in the next three days,” saad ng PAGASA.

Patuloy naman umanong maghahatid ang habagat ng gusty conditions sa Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Nueva Vizcaya, Zambales, Pampanga, Bataan, Aurora, Bulacan, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, at northern portion ng Eastern Visayas ngayong Sabado hanggang sa Linggo, Setyembre 3.
Inaasahan umanong lalabas ng Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) ang bagyo at tutungo sa Taiwan Strait pagsapit ng Lunes ng tanghali o gabi, Setyembre 4.
